Privacy Policy

UsInMotion is designed to create private AI videos from photos and prompts you choose. This policy explains what information is processed, why it is needed, and how you can control it.

Information we process

• Your email address and account identifier, used to authenticate you and recover your video history.
• Photos you explicitly select, cast names or handles, and prompts you submit for a video.
• Generated videos and generation status, used to deliver, recover, download, and delete your work.
• An Expo push token when you enable notifications, used only to notify you about your own generation results.
• Basic security and service logs, such as request time and error information, used to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

AI processing and service providers

When you choose “Make video,” the selected photos and prompt are sent to Fal.ai for third-party AI processing. Input-photo uploads are configured to expire after one day. Supabase provides account, database, and private video storage services. Cloudflare operates the API, security, and delivery layer. Expo provides push-token and notification delivery services. These providers process information only to operate UsInMotion under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments.

Retention

Cast photos remain on your device until you start a generation. Completed videos and their job history remain in private storage until you delete the video or your account. Authentication and operational records are kept only as long as needed to operate, secure, or comply with law.

Your choices

You can disable notifications, withdraw AI-processing consent, delete individual videos and cast members, sign out, or permanently delete your account inside the app. Account deletion removes your account, stored videos, job history, consent record, and push tokens. Local cast photos are also removed from the app’s storage.

No advertising or tracking

UsInMotion does not sell personal information, display targeted advertising, or use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

UsInMotion is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit photos or personal information of a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian and the use is lawful.
